How It Works
1. Tell us the shape of your
stay
The form takes about ninety seconds. What genuinely helps us match
you well:
- Dates and flexibility — fixed weeks, or a “sometime
in October, four to six weeks” brief. Flexible dates unlock better
properties and better rates. - Party — solo, couple (one or both working?), family
with ages. Two-professional households need dual work zones; we
shortlist differently for them. - Budget band — we work across roughly
$1,800–$15,000/month. An honest band gets an honest shortlist; there is
excellent living at every point in that range. - Area instinct — Canggu energy, Pererenan calm, Ubud
green, Uluwatu drama, Sanur order — or “you tell me,” which is our
favourite brief. (The area
guide helps if you want to arrive with a view.) - Workspace needs — calls per day and their hours,
monitors, sit-stand preference, one work room or two. This is where our
verification earns its keep.
2. Receive a
shortlist that is actually short
Two to four properties, each with: the measured wired/wireless speeds
from our latest dated audit, workspace photos of the actual desk (not
the pool), the serviced-month inclusions in plain terms, current
availability, and the honest trade-off line — “best office on this list,
but the lane floods twice a wet season” is the register we write in.
3. Decide with real
information
Video walkthroughs on request, direct answers on anything from
electricity clauses to rooster proximity, and — for guests already on
the island — accompanied viewings. We negotiate the serviced terms
(housekeeping frequency, kWh allowance in writing, deposit protocol,
extension option) before you commit anything.
4. Confirm, arrive,
and have a person on call
Deposit and confirmation run directly with the property under the
negotiated terms; we stay in the loop as your escalation contact for the
entire stay. Airport transfer arranged, workspace equipment installed
before arrival where requested, and a real human on WhatsApp — Bali
hours, fast — if anything needs fixing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far
in advance should I book a luxury stay in Bali?
Six to ten weeks for high season (July–August and the December
holidays), three to five weeks for shoulder months. The
verified-workspace tier is thin by definition, and the best properties
fill first. Late inquiries still get options — just fewer of them.
Do you charge a booking
or curation fee?
No. Guests pay nothing for the matching, negotiation or stay support;
we operate on disclosed partner terms with properties. If a non-partner
property is honestly your best fit, we’ll say so.
What happens after I
submit the form?
You receive a personal reply within one working day (usually hours)
with a shortlist of two to four verified properties: measured speeds,
real workspace photos, serviced-month inclusions, availability and
honest trade-offs. From there: questions, walkthroughs, negotiation,
confirmation.
Can I inquire
before my visa or dates are certain?
Absolutely — “sometime in Q1, six weeks, two of us working” is a
perfectly good brief, and flexible dates usually price better. If the

Is WhatsApp or the form
better?
Same team, same speed. The form structures the essentials in one
pass; WhatsApp suits
back-and-forth and voice notes. Many guests send the form, then continue
on WhatsApp.
Can you arrange
stays shorter than a month?
Occasionally — some coliving residences take two-week stays at higher
nightly rates — but the serviced-month structure is where our negotiated
inclusions and pricing genuinely work. For anything shorter than two
weeks, we’re honestly not your best tool.
